"Don't dream it...be it..."
What do you dream of? Do you reach through the satin curtains, drawn to the effervescent glow of an idea; a shimmer of greatness; a spark of the truth? Do you trust your thoughts after nightfall? Or give in to the grip of what they say is insanity? Where are your moon-drenched shores; your feathered frenzies? Will you grab life by the ankles and give for all you take? Who are you when you look into the mirror without reflection, and where do your eyes look without sight? What do you wish to see when you look into the Crystal?

CAST MEMBERS
Dr. Frank N. Furter...
...John McRae
My name is John McRae and I’ll be playing Dr. Frank in this Rocky Horror Show. When I first saw the Rocky Horror Picture Show I listened to the soundtrack nonstop for a week straight. For whatever reason, it seemed that those audio vibratory signals, recorded through whatever sonic transducers, lit a spark for me. And now the time has finally come to stop dreaming it, and to be it. I’ve plucked and played many instruments over the years, and started singing seriously about four years ago. Last year I played Hercules in a production that brought together a mix of Disney classics. Now I’m looking forward to something with a bit more… muscle.
Rocky Horror...
...Dylan McDermott
Hi, I'm famous actor Dylan McDermott making my theatre debut as Rocky in the Crystal Amazement production of Rocky Horror. I’m 24 years old, with an enormous passion for music and singing. I can often be found walking late at night, singing at the top of my lungs and dancing foolishly while playing air guitar, that is, until someone walks by. I’m currently qualified in the provincial round of the World Karaoke Championships. I’m a huge fan of the musical and could not be more excited to be involved in this production. My favourite line of Rocky’s is “Piss Off!
Brad Majors...
...Max Davidson
Hello I'm Brad Majors, and this is my fianc... err... my autobiography.
My name is Max Davidson, or as the ladies like to call me, "Hey you behind the bushes!". I take absolute pleasure in being apart of this company's production of "Rocky Horror" as "a hero", Brad Majors. I'm a singer-songwriter and musical theatre enthusiast. I have many achievements such as being the pilot of the ship that made the Kessel Run in less than twelve parsecs, going back in time to the year 1955 and inventing rock 'n' roll, and last but not least, saving Ginny Weasley from the the Basilisk.
My favourite Brad quote: "They're probably foreigners with ways different to our own, they may do some more folk dancing".

Janet Weiss...
...Erin Hand
My name is Erin and I am very excited to take a brief venture out of the ensemble to play the role of Janet Weiss in the Rocky Horror Picture Show. I have been lucky enough to get to perform on stage at Queen's University where I study Drama and English and have always had a great love for all things musical theatre. I am a mixture of nerves and excitement to play a part that is out of my comfort zone. Here's hoping I don't screw it up too bad! Practising my blood curdling screams and getting stoked for what I imagine will be a wild ride!
Riff Raff...
...Will Van Rhyn
The name is Raff, Riff Raff. Or Mr. Raff if you are so inclined.
Ok that's actually my character name, the name on my driver's license says I'm Will Van Rhyn. You can also call me Technical Director, I'll be doing whatever it is they do.
Some claim that I am approximately 30 years old, and they are probably right.
I grew up in the country exploring the wilderness and generally being a nuisance with my loud 6 string electric guitar and amplifier.
As the years went by I found myself playing guitar in different bands and musical groups, thrashing madly about on stage like a squid on the verge of capsizing a large fishing vessel.
Eventually I learned how to activate low frequency oscillators and voltage-biased sonic capacitance emitters and have been confusing people ever since.
I have years of experience as an FOH and monitor tech, working everything from festivals to corporate A/V to rock'n'roll shows and petting zoos.
Nobody knows exactly how I got into doing theatre work. Some say it was an ill-fated trip to a cabin in the woods involving a dirty mixing board and a chainsaw, some say it was a ghost sighting in Denmark, but the real reason was simple- I wanted to settle the proper meaning of the term 'Front Of House.'
Best Riff Raff quote? "You're wet."

Magenta...
...Raissa Simone
Raissa Simone is a local mover and shaker sometimes actor sometimes musician sometimes writer always trouble maker. She is the former director of Slam Kingston, Kingston's first slam poetry series, founder of POCTALK open mic, and is currently chewing away at a PhD. She feels extremely lucky to be working with such talented cast and crew-- 'I'm lucky, he's lucky, you're lucky, we're all lucky!'
Columbia...
...Nikki Clementine
I'm Nikki Clementine! Yes, like the fruit. I like tangerines, playing shitty grungy tunes, and following spiders around. I've vocal directed and performed in a number of shows here and there over the past four years I've spent in Kingston, and I'm super excited to be a part of this wonderfully sexy production. Let's get weird.
Eddie...
...Nikolas Yuen
Hello, I'm Nikolas Yuen, and I am excited to be playing Eddie (Shhh) in the Crystal Amazement production of the Rocky Horror Show. It's an absolute pleasure to be working with everyone on this Production, and I'm already looking forward to bringing Rocky Horror to life.
A recurring theme in the last couple roles I've played in previous productions (Player King, Hamlet / Nick Bottom, Midsummer Night's Dream) involve playing a character who, in turn, plays a character who has to be killed off on stage. Now, two outta three ain't bad, but there is no middle man to save me this time. It's time that I went... to pieces!
Favourite Quote: "Whatever happened to Saturday Night?"
Or alternatively,
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Dr. Everett Von Scott...
...Barry Yuen
Many things have led to Barry appearing in THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW. Like growing up in the 60's with MONSTER MOVIE MATINEE on TV and FAMOUS MONSTERS on magazine stands, or seeing THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW for the first time in 1978, just when the cult was growing into a world wide phenomenon. It was just a short step (or jump to the left) from watching horror onscreen to acting in horror-themed projects, for King's Town Players (Night of the Living Dead), Kingston Meistersingers (Young Frankenstein) Theatre 5 (Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde), etc. Barry has also made 4 film appearances for Anthony D.P. Mann: Terror of Dracula, The Ghostkeepers, and Phantom of the Opera, and the soon-to-be-released A Christmas Carol.
The Criminologist...
...John Geddes
I am John A Geddes, Narrator/criminologist in the Crystal Amazement production of Rocky. I have worked in a variety of ways with theatre and film since before Rocky Horror even began. Some of my favourite past theatre experiences include saying grace as Charlie in August Osage County, being one of the singing, soft-shoe goon gangsters in Kiss Me Kate, getting stabbed as Julius Caesar (lots of blood on that white toga), being a policeman in Pirates of Penzance, in the Fort Henry colonnade with a full symphony orchestra behind the stage, the intensity and camaraderie of Jesus Christ Superstar on the Grand Theatre Stage. Lots of great memories. Ready to make some more with the Rocky Horror Show. And now... "I would like, if I may, to take you on a strange journey."
Trixie, the popcorn girl...
...Wendy Bouwma
Hey, Wendy Bouwma / Boomer here! I've been using my theatrical talents over the airways with a career in radio for the past 10 years and couldn't be more thrilled to be able to be seen (bustier and all) in the upcoming production of Rocky Horror Show. So, with years of experience hosting audiences, booming vocals and a great rack to boot....I look forward to ushering you into your freakiest fantasies this fall! xox
Nevon Landshark, a Phantom...
...Elizabeth Whenham
I was born and raised on an old cattle farm. Beef. Ma was all I had left after Da went to the war. He died in Belfast. After that, I had to be the man of the house. I always wonder why that job never fell to my older brother, but alas, the responsibility to feed and clothe my family fell upon my seven year old mantle. The years rolled by in a cloud of tractor dust and cow manure. Slaughter houses and smoke houses. Until one day I was coming in from pasture and a man was at the house. We were being foreclosed. I guess you shouldn't have left the running of the farm to your seven year old daughter, mom.
And so I've been travelling the world ever since looking for something to do with my time. Crystal Amazement's Rocky Horror production felt like the perfect substitution for those long, hard days and even longer nights on the farm. I will close without a Rocky Horror pun, because I am not smRt. Thank you for your time.

Ecchi Hentai, a Phantom...
...Melissa Radford
Hi there! My name is Melissa Radford, and I will be taking on the role of a phantom in this production of the Rocky Horror Show! I have been in love with the Rocky Horror Picture Show ever since the day my mom first let me watch it... Recently I have been in a few productions, mainly through Domino Theatre and before that Bayridge Secondary School, but I am really enjoying my first time working with Crystal Amazement! I am having a blast making it happen, and I hope you all have a blast watching the show, 'Kay!?!
Jayne Maneater, a Phantom...
...Betsy Collin
I am Jayne Maneater, "an amazon", a newcomer to theatre. I have a deep love of song, counter culture, and kinky shit. Finally the time was right, and I am excited to share my powerful amazon self with the cast and our audience. Ready to give myself over to absolute pleasure! Rawr!
Nova Stardust, a Phantom...
...Helana Marks
Long ago I left the moon-drenched shores of Transexual and came to this planet, all in the name of dance. A cultural exchange, if you will. From ballet to burlesque, Vaganova to vaudeville, modern to macabre, I have studied the dance of the Earth people, and fused it with my own. I have gone by many names, and performed on many of your stages. And now, my noble mission is almost completed. I have brought Transvestites and Earthlings together in a beautiful symphony of movement to be shared with all who wish to be...touched.
When the curtains have closed, and the lights have gone down, I will return home. To my beautiful Transexual. To sing and dance once more to its dark refrains. But until then, join me, and take that step to the right.

...Brumhilda Kittleson
Born in the fjords on a cold February morning, Brumhilda was welcomed into the world to the sound of mooing coming from Ingeborg, Sven from next door's prized cow. Since then she has risen to fame appearing in such films as My Fjord is Bigger than Your Fjord, Bridge on the River Seljordsvatn, and Knut!: The Musical. Brumhilda is delighted to be part of her first English language production and wishes for everyone to find their runknisse! Din mor var et troll!
Morpheus, a Phantom...
...Jason McDonald
How’d you do, I see you’ve met Jason Shaw McDonald. After a long hiatus from acting and musical theatre, it was the Rocky Horror Show that drew me back in. I was first introduced to Rocky as a teen when I was doing a production of Jacob Two Two, and Rocky warped my fragile little mind. Since then, I have gone back to school for computer programming, and have been busy with improv, travel and filmmaking. Excited to be part of this amazing cast and crew, and I look forward to dancing the time warp with you.

...Dan Niznik
It is my absolute pleasure to serve the team in both business and art, and to bring the world both an old cult classic, in the form of The Rocky Horror Show, and hopefully a new favourite, in the form of Crystal Amazement.
This show is one of happiness and horror, sex and betrayal, tragedy and majesty, and the growth of the individual. All set to those intoxicating sounds which have echoed louder and louder through our generations.
I would love if you, like our amazing team to whom I owe everything, came on this journey across time and space and meaning. Your first step? Why, it's just a jump to the left...

Born in the quiet foothills of Western Kingston, I was just seven hours old when I was abducted by Tralfamadorians. My childhood was spent on Tralfamadore before emigrating back to Earth in 1998. I've enjoyed a simple life since then, completing a Bachelor's degree in Advanced Farming prior to joining COOKS (Cybernetic Operational Optimized Knights of Science). In my spare time, I enjoy photography and tomatoes.
